<div class=\"editor\"\n        >\n        <p>To support its growth and improve its operational excellence, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupe-atlantic.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Atlantic Group<\/a> has been leading a major program, OPERA, since 2014. The objective is to transform information systems and support the Group&#8217;s strategy. <\/p>\n<p>The program concerned all the Group&#8217;s companies and activities. In this context, while maintaining the &#8220;legacy&#8221; OLGA system (separate business modules \u2013 Sales Management, production, accounting, logistics, service, CRM \u2013 where data is not shared between business lines and sites, except for the finished product master data), the Atlantic Group chose to implement SAP S\/4 Hana and Salesforce CRM tools. <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the Atlantic Group decided to select the Anaplan solution to meet the needs of the budgeting and planning processes. Thus, the Atlantic Group is now launching a selection process to choose the integrator. <\/p>\n<p>It is within this framework that MeltOne Advisory, in its capacity as an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meltone.com\/partenaires\/anaplan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anaplan<\/a> integrator, responded to your call for tenders.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    \n            <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section     class=\"block-editor\"\n        >\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\"grid\">\n            <div class=\"grid_content\">\n                <div class=\"editor\"><h2>II \u2013 Implementation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the proper integration of Anaplan into the target IS while remaining autonomous from other projects<\/li>\n<li>Develop a flexible and scalable data model capable of absorbing the complexity of the Group&#8217;s organization and supporting it over the long term<\/li>\n<li>Provide a project methodology that promotes skills development and the buy-in of Atlantic Group teams<\/li>\n<li>Propose an optimized project phasing allowing for production in Anaplan as early as 2018 (the project launch year).<\/li>\n<li>A pragmatic approach and project management ensuring the project framework and compliance with the defined target<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The global process to be implemented is thus composed of two main phases: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In June \u2013 July, in the middle of the fiscal year, for the revision of the current year&#8217;s budget, carried out at a much more macro level than the year-end N+1 budgeting process.<\/li>\n<li>Over the September \u2013 December period, during which the Year N landing and Year N+1 budgeting processes are carried out jointly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, the &#8220;marketing&#8221; function readjusts &#8220;its&#8221; Year N+1 budget in January. Marketing works on a 5-year rolling LRP (Long Range Plan). The Year N+1 budget is the equivalent of Year N+1 of the 5-year LRP.  <\/p>\n<p>Thus, the readjusted marketing budget is sent to finance for a readjustment of the global budget if there are
