The first phase covers four strategic entities: France, Spain, South Korea, and the United States. <\/p>\n<p>The scope of the ERP is broad: production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, and finance. To achieve this, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meltone.com\/?__hstc=154494567.e11c406a9764410642b75ec27e8c810e.1783948284130.1784202760063.1784210893733.14&#038;__hssc=154494567.11.1784210893733&#038;__hsfp=d61c9ce023bbce91353c13f4e400893d\">MeltOne<\/a> and Winback relied on standard processes in order to accelerate development, with the objective of having our ERP ready in early 2023. <\/p>\n<p>After more than 6 months of work, the SAP Business ByDesign ERP was put into operation, without major concessions or delays. Today, Winback is stabilizing its ERP before launching a second phase aimed at deploying the SAP Business ByDesign ERP to other group subsidiaries. <\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    \n
