in jewelry distribution in France (#1 in the top 3 countries, #3 in Germany).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THOM Europe operates in 4 countries:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>France and Belgium,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Italy and Germany, following the acquisition of distribution networks in these two countries.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The group aimed to continue its growth by focusing on the following 3 development axes:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisitions, the most recent being the Italian Stroili point-of-sale network,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening eCommerce activities and multi-channel synergies,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>The development of a franchise business (currently testing) aimed at recruiting independent jewelers.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THOM Europe&#8217;s IT system was primarily based on <strong>the Horizon ERP, developed in 2000 by the THOM Group&#8217;s IT department<\/strong>. This ERP has now reached its limits in terms of integrating the group&#8217;s new activities; for example, the Italian Stroili network could not be integrated and has maintained its own IT system. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, THOM launched an ERP transformation project.
