style=\"text-align: justify;\">CONTEXT<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you&#8217;ve ever had Mercurochrome on your knees, if you remember the Juvamine Laboratories slogan, if you&#8217;re as full of life as Urgo, then you know the URGO group!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A health specialist, URGO has two core businesses: advanced wound care (treatment of wounds and damaged tissues with technical dressings, compression bandages, etc.) and self-care (first aid, food supplements, cold, allergy, sexual hygiene, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the global overhaul of its Management IS, URGO decided to launch a scoping study on the evolution of its <strong>Social Management Control<\/strong>. The structuring elements of the new IS were to be based on the implementation of detailed employee-level data collection, more powerful and collaborative budget development, and new KPIs (individual social balance sheet, etc.). The objective was also to automate flows between the different application layers of the IS to refocus as much as possible on consulting and analysis tasks.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">ACHIEVEMENT<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Development of an IT and business master plan aimed at improving HR reporting production, better Finance\/HR reconciliation, identification of organizational, business, and IT impacts, and the creation of an implementation roadmap. A broad functional (Strategic Seminar, Budget, Quarterly Reporting) and geographical scope (all international subsidiaries). <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RESULT<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Master plan for the future URGO finance IS based on the TAGETIK software package for the Group, including all its international subsidiaries.
