The CFOs unanimously approved this cloud-native solution to unify the group&#8217;s performance management. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The target architecture is based on three levels: the local IT systems of the Banques Populaires and Caisses d&#8217;\u00c9pargne, an exchange zone that ensures the quality of group data, then Anaplan, which consumes it and hosts the performance management models.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The setup now includes around twenty models: closings, forecast landings, multi-year budgets, network costs, loan profitability, benchmarks. Around 1,000 users contribute to it. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Governance that combines central management and local autonomy <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The project addresses two logics. The central body must consolidate reliable data for its governing bodies. The regional networks, meanwhile, need tools to manage their own performance.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Anaplan thus addresses both levels: at the centre, consolidation and budget management; locally, pre-filled data, benchmarks, simulation. Regular workshops with management controllers continuously improve the tools. The objective: for each entity to see it as a performance management lever, not just group reporting.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    \n
