Joining MeltOne: the start of a great adventure!

Hello there, dear reader. If you have found your way to this article, it is certainly because you have at least a slight interest in MeltOne—or perhaps you are not quite awake yet. Regardless, now that you are here, let us talk and try to prove to you in the following lines what makes a MeltOne consultant a fulfilled and healthy individual (yes, I assure you, these terms are not contradictory).

So, where to begin… It is a difficult exercise, the pressure is on…

I – An impressive environment and working conditions

Let us dive in and be frank. First of all, MeltOne is not a multinational corporation (that said, we do handle international projects); we are not (yet) listed on the CAC40; our offices do not look directly onto the Eiffel Tower (but they do overlook the Arc de Triomphe). However, our consultants are happy and proud to uphold our values (stop by one of our breakfasts; it will be the perfect opportunity for you to see for yourself).

Every resource is made available to consultants to help them reach their objectives, starting with high-quality equipment. A fast and light laptop, a great modern phone with an advantageous plan, and—it is important to mention—very high-quality coffee. And if you are not much of a coffee drinker, no problem; we have other beverages to support you throughout your day.

That is all very nice, but so far, there is nothing new under the sun. You are therefore entitled to ask: what differentiates us and makes us (somewhat) special?

II – Speaking and listening (transitive verbs, certainly), but above all, actions that are far from trivial at MeltOne

At MeltOne, we speak to each other and we listen. It may sound trivial when put like that, but it is a reality. Our size—about 20 hand-picked consultants—allows us to maintain a “real” working relationship and trust within our group, the primary foundation of our DNA. As you will have understood, here we are not just numbers. Communication is a vital factor. Information flows when things are going well, but also when they are not. And this is done without any prejudice regarding failure. Our learning curve is growing and tends toward infinity. We are all aware of this phenomenon. At the same time, one cannot know everything! But we are ready to learn everything! Open and available, MeltOners frequently organize team meetings to discuss everything and well-being because perfection does not belong to this world (an absurdity), but continuous improvement is our leitmotif! Of course, it does not stop at meetings where we discuss areas for improvement. As a MeltOner, if you have an idea, it can quickly become a project, and we are here to help you take flight!

III – And what about the work in all of this?

We intervene at our clients’ sites to solve their problems… We could indeed summarize our work like this. But in fact, no, not only that. We always start with an optimization objective in order to generate significant added value for our clients. And that is what makes the difference. To achieve this, we integrate our client’s values by blending fully into their organization. The projects led by MeltOne all have a different flavor because our clients come from various sectors (pharmaceutical industry, banking sector, etc.). To successfully complete these projects, we form a group to find the best solutions. As a result, a MeltOne consultant is never alone! Team spirit is one of the core values at MeltOne.
