Saint Jean is an iconic agri-food company in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, known for its ravioles and quenelles. With a turnover of 117 million euros in 2024, the company continues its growth by relying on innovation and the quality of its products. Historically, Saint Jean had several data sources from ERP, CRM, and forecasting tools, but without true governance or structuring. Data was poorly centralized and difficult to exploit, hindering the implementation of an integrated vision and the scaling of analytical uses.

Project stages
Saint Jean called upon MeltOne to support them in the modernization and structuring of its data platform.
The project began with a scoping and tool selection phase to identify the right tools for each brick of the data stack:

A two-day POC and hackathon phase allowed for testing the validity of technological choices and laying the foundations for a partnership of trust. MeltOne then supported Saint Jean in an acceleration phase with the implementation of business use cases for finance, sales, and sales forecasting.
