Statutory consolidation, management reporting, and budgeting

CONTEXT

As part of the modernization of its financial management system, the Picard Group wanted to implement a unified solution allowing it to produce all of its reporting: statutory consolidation, management reporting, budgeting, budget forecasting, and the 3-year plan.

The solution had to offer an intuitive interface and provide native functionalities to address Picard’s main expectations (integration with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, management of financial and non-financial KPIs, multidimensional analysis and reporting for stores, employee IDs, etc., implementation of consolidation and management processing, budgeting, and simulation).

To meet all these challenges, the Picard Group selected the Tagetik solution.

ACHIEVEMENT

MeltOne operates on a fixed-price basis for the implementation of the Tagetik solution for all of these reports. MeltOne was involved in all phases of the project, from functional design to production launch, including configuration, user acceptance testing assistance, and data migration.

RESULTS

A unified solution that facilitates and improves the reliability of information reporting from stores. A solution that simplifies the reconciliation between accounting and management, as well as intercompany flows. An optimized budgeting process that takes into account store specificities while offering a harmonized solution at the aggregate level.
