France was equipped very early on with an ERP allowing it to manage its activities. However, the offices opened abroad over the years were built without an ERP, or with best-of-breed solutions.
Winback wanted to have an ERP that would allow it to have:
In mid-2022, Winback launched its SAP Business ByDesign project. The first phase covers four strategic entities: France, Spain, South Korea, and the United States.
The scope of the ERP is broad: production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, and finance. To achieve this, MeltOne and Winback relied on standard processes in order to accelerate development, with the objective of having our ERP ready in early 2023.
After more than 6 months of work, the SAP Business ByDesign ERP was put into operation, without major concessions or delays. Today, Winback is stabilizing its ERP before launching a second phase aimed at deploying the SAP Business ByDesign ERP to other group subsidiaries.
Winback is gradually discovering the possibilities of our new ERP and is already seeing certain benefits:
SAP Business ByDesign provides real-time, reliable data on the sales of the entities covered, as well as on global production and stock. Winback is thus beginning to have a global vision of the group’s activities.
Personally, I love this product, its flexibility in user creation, and its analysis and analysis-sharing capabilities. It perfectly meets my needs for flow visualization and control.
