Oney Bank – Anaplan
I – CONTEXT
ONEY supports its retail partners (such as Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and Boulanger) on a daily basis through 3 business lines: card issuing and management, payment solutions for retailers, and financial and non-financial services.
II – IMPLEMENTATION
The Group’s financial data collection tool was obsolete and no longer met the company’s growing needs in terms of management and decision support. In addition, the subsidiaries had no tool and relied exclusively on Excel to collect, work on and report data back to the Group.
A two-step methodology, with an upstream common foundation phase ahead of the work packages to secure the scope, costing and scalability of the solution. Then, a second semi-agile phase by process, broken down into sprints, to pool the detailed specification and delivery phases.
There were 34 Key Users for Oney Group Reporting and 7 Key Users for Oney France Reporting.

Testimonial
“It was necessary to equip ourselves with a reliable, fast and clear tool, enabling simulations in order to meet management’s expectations in terms of the quality of financial information, to automate the production of reporting by avoiding multiple entries, to promote convergence and reconciliation of the Group’s various reports, to enable traceability of information, to archive and track how information is built, and finally to provide data extracts that can be automatically integrated into other tools.”
