Cajoo – Looker
I – CONTEXT
Cajoo is a fast-growing, responsible French startup. Its mission is to ‘revolutionize daily grocery shopping’ by offering a fast, reliable, and well-priced shopping experience. Products are delivered in under 15 minutes thanks to a network of local micro-warehouses.
As part of its rapid growth, Cajoo decided to replace Metabase, its data visualization tool, with Looker, in order to have a more robust solution and provide its business units with access to new use cases (action triggering, integration into apps, etc.).
II – IMPLEMENTATION
With a small team (3 people) and alongside its intense daily activities, Cajoo aimed to quickly migrate (in less than a month) all its critical operational reports from Metabase to Looker.
MeltOne intervened pragmatically in coaching mode: the implementation was carried out by the Cajoo teams. MeltOne provided support on the most complex technical subjects and disseminated best practices and project methodology.
Subsequently, we set up a two-person task force to assist the Cajoo team in co-creation mode. This pragmatic approach was implemented on a typical weekly basis to clear the backlog on time.
III – Results
Thus, we observed the upskilling of Cajoo’s internal team (3 people) and 20 operational dashboards delivered in less than a month for 5 business units: Finance, Marketing, Category Management, Customer Service, and Logistics.
Cajoo appreciated the level of expertise (functional and technical), the agility of the intervention, and the pedagogical approach of the teams.
