CONTEXT

The Novalliance Group (Technisem) specializes in the selection, production, and distribution of vegetable seeds adapted to tropical countries and intended for the professional market.

As part of the global overhaul of its IS, the group launched an initial functional brick for financial reporting.

The challenges are:

• Meeting current and future reporting needs,
• Accelerating / Automating figures, their analysis, and their sharing,
• Retrieving and utilizing data from different environments.

ACHIEVEMENT

The Anaplan “Cloud” EPM software package was selected to host this requirement and steer its IS toward a more collaborative, “digital,” and specifically cloud-based vision.

RESULT

Implementation of global data collection / Processing / Reporting and Dashboards for the Balance Sheet, P&L, and KPIs.
