Performance Magasin (Like for like analysis)
CONTEXT
Groupe Rocher is a Breton, family-owned and independent group, with over 2.5 billion in revenue.
It is an international group present in more than 110 countries through its 10 brands (Yves Rocher, Petit bateau, Stanhome, Dr Pierre Ricaud, Daniel Jouvance, ID Parfum, Kiotis, Flormar, Sabon and Arbonne).
The group is simultaneously a producer, manufacturer and distributor, with a unique social and environmental development model.
Nearly 45% of revenue is generated in Retail through more than 8,000 points of sale worldwide
Groupe Yves Rocher has chosen Anaplan technology as its EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tool, enabling autonomy for management control teams across the Group’s activities.
The ambition is to deploy a specific application for the management needs related to point of sale activity, focusing on reporting processes.
This will cover “Retail” activity analyses enabling performance management by store, and producing the necessary analyses such as “Like for Like”, variations over time in status (Owned/Managed/Franchise) or tracking of renovations/new concepts.
A pilot scope has been defined for Spain, with the ambition of building a robust “Core model” for producing monthly reports, easily enabling its extension across all the Group’s Retail activities,
Yves Rocher’s objectives are:
- Building a monthly management model for points of sale, ensuring reliability and security in producing income statements & KPIs
- Proposing a structure valid for the pilot scope and extensible to other scopes without duplicating Anaplan models/cubes, while controlling the resulting data volume.
IMPLEMENTATION
Scoping, Design and implementation of the Anaplan solution to support the group’s new challenges
- Design / Sprint / User acceptance testing assistance and production deployment
