CONTEXT
The main challenge for Charles & Alice was to obtain reliable data and quickly consolidate it to provide a shared and unified vision across the entire company. The objective was to save time and be able to analyze data more thoroughly, rather than simply compiling it, as was previously done with Excel.
Several business needs had to be met, such as margin consolidation and visualizing the income statement along different axes, which was impossible with Excel tracking. Additionally, it was necessary to effectively manage the purchasing of various raw materials and packaging.
The chosen tool was Board, due to its ability to be fully customizable, reliable, ergonomic, and its long presence in the market, which inspired confidence in its use.
