The challenges of the SPB project were to give their financial reporting a more business-oriented focus. To be able to manage profitability by sector and by key account at a later stage. And finally, to be able to create greater synergies between subsidiaries.

To achieve this, the group chose the CCH Tagetik EPM solution and MeltOne as its integrator.
