i – Context
A leading wealth management consulting bank, UFF has been supporting individuals, companies, and professional athletes for over 50 years. With 25 branches in France and nearly 1,000 employees dedicated to wealth management consulting, UFF is always close to its clients.
ii – Client Challenges
Uff’s Commercial Steering and Variable Compensation Department (DPCRV) has equipped itself with several cutting-edge tools to digitalize and support its initiatives, including Anaplan and Tableau.
The fundamental ambition in implementing these tools was to make the DPCRV and sales teams autonomous in their use.
To achieve this, Uff decided to be supported through a “coaching” approach during the implementation of these tools.
MeltOne intervened in coaching mode to enable Uff to develop its skills on Tableau (best practices, technical mastery of the tool, etc.) while deploying dashboards for its sales teams.
iii – Results
Tableau was gradually deployed across the 25 French branches and will now be progressively extended to the sales teams.
