ACRELEC changes its EPM with MeltOne

The Acrelec project was launched with the aim of meeting management consolidation needs, followed by statutory consolidation. At the time, the Group had around twenty subsidiaries. Management reporting was done via Excel files, while statutory reporting was outsourced.

The objective was to harmonize management consolidation, standardize it to make it easier to use, and improve the reliability of the information. In addition, the team wanted a powerful tool capable of handling intercompany reconciliations, given the high volume of intercompany flows.

A solution was sought that offered both the flexibility needed to evolve toward statutory consolidation and met the needs at the time. The choice naturally fell on CCH® Tagetik, a solution that still fully meets the needs today.
