Zeplug : Un déploiement ERP réussi en 5 mois pour structurer un groupe en forte croissance
Zeplug is a rapidly expanding group in the electric mobility sector, structured around two brands: Zeplug, dedicated to financing charging station installations in condominiums and commercial buildings, and Chargeguru, specialized in installing charging stations in single-family homes and for businesses. Present in 8 countries, the group now has 350 employees and has recorded annual growth of over 50% over the past three years.
A Transformation Context
With two separate ERPs, limited capabilities of existing tools, and challenges related to management and IFRS consolidation, Zeplug needed a solution capable of supporting its structuring and strong growth. The objective: unify tools and processes across all subsidiaries and countries, measure performance, and support teams with a common platform

A Rapidly Deployed Solution
After internal consideration at the end of 2023, the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution was selected, following a joint presentation by SAP and MeltOne.
The project was launched in February 2024 (kick-off), with a go-live in July 2024, representing a deployment in just five months.
Benefits Already Visible at Zeplug
Since March 2025, the Zeplug and Chargeguru teams have been working on a unified platform, resulting in 3 to 4 days per month of time savings for the accounting teams.

A Collaboration Based on Business Knowledge and Responsiveness
MeltOne is one of the largest SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integrators in the French market, with around ten projects already in production.
The finance & procurement business expertise, the ability to work in a complex application ecosystem, as well as excellent project management skills, were key to the project’s success.
