Streem : Une plateforme EPM collaborative pour accompagner la croissance du groupe
Faced with sustained growth, the finance teams had mastered their historical budget processes. However, these had become too cumbersome, manual, and time-consuming to effectively support the group’s development.
To address these challenges, Streem launched a budget transformation project at the end of 2021, choosing the Anaplan solution, supported by MeltOne Advisory for its integration.
A long-term partnership
The project was deployed in several stages:
-
2022
EPM integration for the Railcar division, facilitating budget preparation and the management of its leasing contracts within a collaborative application. -
2023
Deployment of the Container BU within the platform, optimizing its leasing activity forecasting. -
2024
Integration of the Workshops division to develop its simulation capabilities and strengthen the use of the Anaplan solution.
This modular approach allowed Streem to progressively build a consolidated vision of the budget at the group level.
Why Anaplan and MeltOne?
Streem was looking for a solution among the market leaders, combining modeling power and ease of use. Anaplan emerged as the ideal platform.
Regarding MeltOne, @François André, Head of the Anaplan Competence Center at Streem, emphasizes: “We have been very satisfied with MeltOne due to its mastery of EPM subjects and the Anaplan solution, its rigor, and its ability to easily and quickly understand our needs, expectations, and activities.”
Results and outlook at Streem
The process continues with new ambitions: implementing a quarterly reforecast, integrating new entities, and strengthening scenario simulation capabilities within the platform.
