Its technology suite simplifies appointment booking, teleconsultation, administrative tasks, and collaboration between practitioners. The free app also enables patients to manage their appointments, access teleconsultations, and store their health data.

In January 2023, Doctolib implemented the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition ERP to cover all its financial processes as well as critical flows such as P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) for its subsidiaries in France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. SAP BTP Integration Suite is also used to manage all interfaces, ensuring seamless integration between the different systems.

In this context, MeltOne supported Doctolib in taking ownership of the platform, its maintenance, as well as the optimization and redesign of its P2P processes and interface management. Working hand in hand with the IT team and key users, MeltOne led high-level design workshops to identify specific needs and adjust the SAP solution accordingly.
