Since January 2025, the European CSRD directive (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) has required companies to publish standardised, comparable and auditable non-financial information. For Econocom SE, a European digital services group, this represents a strategic turning point in ESG management and data transparency.

The group wanted to professionalise and secure the collection of its ESG data, with a dual objective:

Meet the new regulatory requirements, particularly regarding the carbon footprint and HR indicators
Have a robust EPM tool to industrialise non-financial data

To support this transformation, Econocom called on MeltOne, recognised for its expertise in both CSRD regulatory requirements and the implementation of the CCH Tagetik solution, now a market benchmark for financial and non-financial consolidation.

The teams co-developed a dedicated CSRD module including:

Implementing a structured collection of ESG data (carbon, HR, etc.)

Mapping to European regulatory requirements

A modular approach enabling the solution to evolve in line with future changes to the directive
